The person behind Davis Property Care - and why this business was created.
Hi! I'm Abbigail - Realtor, Business Owner, and the heart behind Davis Property Care.
Davis Property Care didn't begin with cleaning.
It began with Real Estate.
As a realtor, I've had the opportunity to walk alongside people during some of the biggest transactions of their lives - buying their first home, preparing a home to sell, moving into something new, or simply trying to figure out what comes next.
And the more time I spent working in Real Estate, the more I realized something:
Taking care of a home goes far beyond buying and selling it.
I saw homeowners preparing their properties for the market who needed help getting their homes ready. I saw buyers walking into a new home wanting it to feel fresh and truly theirs. I saw busy families trying to balance work, children, responsibilities, and everything that comes with maintaining a home.
I realized there was another way I could serve people - not just during the transaction, but before it, after it, and throughout everyday life.
That realization became Davis Property Care.
Real Estate taught me to look at home differently.
I notice the details. I understand how much presentation matters when selling a property. I understand how special it feels to receive the keys to a new home. And I understand that behind every property is a person or family with a life happening inside of it.
That's why I chose the name Davis Property Care rather than simply creating another cleaning company. Because my goal was never to just clean houses.
I want to care for homes and the people who live in them.
Whether I'm helping a homeowner maintain their space, preparing a property before it hits the market, cleaning after a move, or giving a busy family a few hours of their life back, I want my clients to feel like someone genuinely cares about the end result.
Real Estate may have opened my eyes to the need, but my love for helping people feel taken care of is what made me build the business.
Today, I'm proud to serve my community in two ways - helping people through real estate and helping them care for the place they call home.
